Payment

All quotes are priced as "payment in advance". Payment means a company check, money order, bank draft or VISA/Master Card/Discover/American Express (We cannot accept international credit cards). Cash may be speedily transferred by bank wire transfer. Please contact us for details on bank wire. Checks may delay shipment 14 days for bank clearing time.


Pricing Errors

Blue AV retains the right to unilaterally cancel any order and refund customer’s money due to any pricing error or similar error.


tax exemptions

If your business is tax exempt, please email sales@blueav.org within 24 hours of placing your order with a copy of your exemption certificate.


CANCELLATIONS

Customer may cancel up to 14 days after receipt of order. Unless a written cancellation is received, Blue AV will assume merchandise is still wanted and will make shipments. Cancellations of any special ordered merchandise already in transit to us, or to the customer, will not be honored.


WARRANTY

BLUE AV GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. All warranties are with the manufacturer.


PAYMENT PROCESSING

Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time an order is placed.


REFUNDS

In the case of order cancellation refunds or merchandise credits will be made within 10 days of written request, only for cancelled and unshipped merchandise.


REFUND METHODS

Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card used for the purchase. Purchases made by check will be refunded via check made out to the original issuer of the check purchase. Cash and all other purchasing methods will be refunded via check made out to the original account holder and mailed to the original account holders address within 10 days of the return.


REFUND POLICY

Merchandise may be returned within 10 business days of receipt without restocking charge, if the original manufacturer’s carton is unopened and undamaged. If the package has been opened a minimum restocking charge of 15% will be charged. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories, or packaging will increase the restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns, items originally sent via "free shipping", will be charged for the outgoing shipping on returns. Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, custom goods, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, tape, gel, lamps, books, opened software, ear-phones or chemicals. All returns must have an RA-number on the package, please contact sales@blueAV.org for details.
